Selenium is a crucial mineral, which is practically missing from our soils. Unfortunately, one must be careful supplementing it, as most of the brands are somewhat toxic. One must either find it in foods (Brazil nuts or blue green algae like E3Live) or find a food grade source. Mark sells a pill form made from mustard greens. I actuially chew these tablets. For some reason, that’s what my body has been telling me to do.
Mark’s book talks about using Selenium to ward off viruses, cancers and Candida infections. Without Selenium, one cannot have a strong immune system and without a strong immune system, you cannot fight critters.
People with Lyme need this mineral to reswitch their Immune systems.
